ANNUAL BOARD MEETING
1349 RACE STREET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
October 25, 2010
The meeting was held
at the residence of Patrick Wobst. A quorum was declared and the meeting was called to order at 6:30pm by Patrick Wobst.
The Board Members present were: Stu Macphail, Patrick
Wobst, Eric Guetterman, Ken Coombs.
Bids for
the sewer pipeline project were reviewed from Pipeline and Apex Plumbing. No action was taken.
The Treasurer distributed the following documents which were reviewed and discussed:
Summary Budget For Calendar Year 2010 (Budget/Actual)
Budget Worksheet For Calendar Year 2011
Budget
Worksheet For Calendar Year 2011 (with Proposed Assessment Increase)
Previous, current and future reserve amounts, maintenance projects/costs and operating costs were discussed as well
as condominium HOA fees.
Stu moved to adopt the
sheet titled Budget Worksheet For Calendar Year 2011 (with Proposed Assessment Increase) and to increase the fees for One
Bedroom units to $111/month and Two Bedroom units to $184/month. Ken
seconded the motion and it was unanimously accepted.
The
meeting was adjourned at 7:51 pm.
