ANNUAL BOARD MEETING
1349 RACE STREET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
December 1, 2008

The meeting was held at the residence of Stuart and Virginia MacPhail, 1133 Race Street.
The minutes were taken by Eric Guetterman. The meeting was called to order at 9:07 pm.
The following Board Members were
in attendance: Ken Coombs (unit 5), Stuart MacPhail (units 1a, 3, 4), Eric Guetterman (unit 8), and Patrick
Wobst (unit 2).
Pok Payattakool was not in attendance.
Ken moved to reassign check signers approval to Ken,
Stuart, Patrick, and Eric. Stuart seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved.
An Election was held to assign
new Board Member Offices. The following Board Member Office nominations were presented and Stu moved to
elect all officers as nominated. Eric seconded the motion and the following officers were unanimously approved.
President - Patrick Wobst
Vice President - Ken Coombs
Secretary
- Pok Payattakool
Treasurer - Stuart MacPhail
The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 pm.
