As of January 1, 2011, the Current Monthly Condo Fees for
Unit Owners are as follows: One-bedroom Units - $106, Two-bedroom Units - $175.
All checks written by the Association require two (2) signatures. Separate
bank accounts are maintained as "Operating Account" and "Reserve Account."
