The meeting was held at the residence of Stuart and Virginia MacPhail, 1133 Race Street.  The Minutes were taken by Pok Payattakool.

The following board members were in attendance:  Pok Payattakool (Unit 2A), Stu MacPhail (Units 1A, 3, 4), Eric Guetterman (Unit 8), Kenneth Coombs (Unit 5), Keith Rundle (Unit 4A). Others in attendance: Burton Solseth (Unit 3A).

A quorum was declared and the meeting was called to order by Eric at 8:28 PM .

Minutes:

Minutes of the November 16, 2005 Board meetings were reviewed. Pok moved to accept the Minutes as presented.   Ken seconded the motion, and the minutes were unanimously approved.

GENERAL BUSINESS:

Election of Officers –

The floor was opened to nominations:

Keith for President – Nominated by Stu. Seconded by Eric.

Ken for Vice President  – Nominated by Stu. Seconded by Keith.

Stu for Treasurer – Nominated by Eric. Seconded by Pok.

Pok for Secretary – Nominated by Pok. Seconded by Eric.

Votes (via hand-raising and/or verbal yay or nay) were taken, and the above nominations were unanimously adopted.

Next Board Meeting:

President Keith set mid-October, 2008 as the timeframe for the next meeting of the 1349 Race Board of Directors meeting, to be held at Stu MacPhail/ Virginia MacPhail’s residence

Adjournment:

At 8:47 pm, Kenneth Coombs moved for adjournment.  The motion, seconded by Pok Payattakool, was unanimously adopted, and the meeting concluded.
