Board Meeting

1349 Race Street Condominium Association

December 8, 2003

The meeting was held at the residence of Stuart and Virginia MacPhail, 1133 Race Street.  The minutes were taken by Eric Guetterman.

The following board members were in attendance:  Eric Guetterman (unit 8), Ken Coombs (unit 5), Shelly Hart and Paul Huber (unit 6), Kamala Schuster (unit 7), Stuart MacPhail (units 1a, 3,4), Joleen McGlothlin (unit 2).  Burton Solseth (unit 3a) was also present.

 A quorum  was declared and the meeting was called to order by Shelly Hart at 8:55pm..

Minutes of the October 29, 2002 board meetings were reviewed.

Kamala Schuster moved to accept the minutes as presented.  Shelly Hart seconded the motion and the minutes were unanimously approved.

New Business

Board Member Offices –

The following office nominations were presented, Stuart MacPhail  moved to elect all officers as nominated, Jolene McGlothlin seconded and the following offices were unanimously elected.

President – Eric Guetterman

Vice President – Ken Coombs

Treasurer – Stuart MacPhail

Secretary – Paul Huber

Old Business

No old business was discussed.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:07pm.
